Hey all! I’m supposed to be writing a promo for tonight’s CCR show, but well I have bigger and cuter things on my mind: Thursday night we welcomed the latest newest Red Wing fan into our family as my new nephew, Drake was born!
The official story on Drake’s name is that he was named after Sir Francis Drake Beach, where his parents were married, but I think we all know its no coincidence that Dallas Drake ALSO happened to be a Red Wing when the name “came” to my sister during the Finals last spring….
Then again as some might say- “There goes Juice, looking at the world through red tinted glasses again.”
After spending the past 3 days with him, I am proud to report he is incredibly cerebral, and has great hands. He will likely play center, ala the professor- Igor Larionov.
